Terms and Conditions

Tickets are sold and events are organised by VAPO VAPO LX.

Prices are in euros and include VAT.

A service fee is added to each ticket. The total, fee included, is shown before you pay.

You choose the event, the ticket type and the quantity, and fill in your details on the checkout page.

While you pay, your tickets are held for you for a few minutes, shown on the payment screen.

If payment is not completed in time, the hold ends and the tickets go back on sale. A purchase is only complete once payment is confirmed.

You can pay with MB WAY, card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Payments are processed by EuPago. VAPO VAPO LX does not receive or store your card details.

To pay with MB WAY, we need your phone number.

Once payment is confirmed, we send your tickets by email as a PDF.

Your tickets are also kept in your account. You access it through a link sent by email, with no password.

You can add tickets to Apple Wallet.

If you did not receive the email, check your spam folder and contact us.

Each ticket has a unique QR code and is valid for one entry.

Do not share or post your QR code. Whoever presents it first gets in, and any later attempt with the same code is refused.

Resale is only allowed through the ticket transfer feature on the website. Tickets bought from third parties outside the website may be refused.

Entry requires compliance with the house and event rules: [REGRAS DA CASA A CONFIRMAR].

Purchases are for people aged 18 or over [IDADE MÍNIMA A CONFIRMAR]. You may be asked for ID at the door.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse or withdraw entry from anyone who breaks the event rules or puts the safety of others at risk, as permitted by law [CONDIÇÕES DE ADMISSÃO A CONFIRMAR].

You can transfer a ticket to another person by entering their email address in your account.

When the person accepts the transfer, the old code stops being valid and a new code is issued.

Until the transfer is accepted, the ticket remains yours and the old code stays valid.

Promo codes are applied before payment and only work under the conditions shown for each code.

They cannot be exchanged for cash.

Tickets for a specific date have no right of withdrawal under the law (Decree-Law no. 24/2014, article 17(1)(l)). This means you cannot cancel a purchase just because you changed your mind.

If the organiser cancels or postpones the event, the following applies: [POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO A CONFIRMAR].

VAPO VAPO LX is liable as provided by law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

The line-up may change for reasons beyond our control, including changes of artists or times.

We process your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, available on this website.

If you are a consumer, the legal rules on court jurisdiction apply, and these terms do not restrict them.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on the website at the time of purchase.

Changes do not apply to purchases already completed.
